Notes of Gratitude to the RSHM
The RSHM have nourished and empowered me on my life’s journey starting as a freshman at the Academy of the Sacred Heart of Mary, Sag Harbor. Their gifts of welcome, of mutual respect and inclusion of others have shaped my life. My work with the vulnerable, especially with the frail elderly and refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants, came to be because of the RSHM. I am grateful for the moments of grace in my life, the gift of Pere Gailhac’s charism of faith and zeal, the RSHM mission, “That All May Have Life and Have it More Abundantly,” and the opportunity to now serve on the RSHM Institute Formation Commission. The Extended Family helps continue the RSHM mission. Everything is gift. All is grace.
In gratitude, Clare Horn
