Afternoon High Tea with Chef George Hirsch

Join us at Cormaria Retreat Center for an elegant afternoon High Tea hosted by our Director, Joan McGovern, and prepared by our award-winning chef and cookbook author George Hirsch. You may have noticed George hosting several cooking and lifestyle series and specials on syndicated and public television, PBS, as well as Create TV.

Enjoy a welcoming crafted beverage, assorted tea sandwiches and savories, freshly baked scones, and assorted pastries and sweets served with a selection of herbal teas while listening to classical music.

Seating is limited and pre-registration is required, including full payment of $40.  There will be no same-day walk-in availability.
