You are invited to participate in an overnight yoga retreat at Cormaria Retreat Center, where earth, sea, and sky and all that is unique to them join in joyful hope. Through the practice of yoga and time together, we will explore the grounding elements of the Earth, flowing aspects of the Sea and the vastness of the Sky.
