“Come back to me with all your heart, don’t let fear keep us apart.” We sing these words from “Hosea” to welcome Lent each year. Why does fear loom so large in our relationship with God? God waits for us to need His mercy and love. Simone Weil reminds us, “Time is God’s waiting as a beggar for our love.” May fear melt in our hearts so we can discover God waiting for us!
Join us for a day of renewal as we embrace this Lenten season. A conference on the day’s theme precedes lunch. Another conference follows lunch with time available for the Sacrament of Reconciliation. The day concludes with Mass.
