What Do I Enjoy? – Via Zoom

Evagrius Ponticus, a 4th-century Christian mystic wrote, “The inability to enjoy is a cardinal sin.” While we have at hand pleasure – social media, online shopping and so many other means of instant gratification readily available today, how much do we really enjoy? Are we so distracted by wanting to feel fulfilled that we are addicted to illusions o fulfillment? Let’s explore enjoyment as we search for the fullness of joy.
